The reception lady and staff were mind-blowingly nice and super helpful. Maria, the cleaning lady, was jaw-droppingly nice. I've already recommended this place to all my airline colleagues. The host arranged an uber for me so I didn't have to worry about getting to the airport. The warm water was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the place was on point and exactly like the pictures. The area was peaceful and conveniently located near garages and food shops. The gentleman at reception made me feel secure and safe as a solo traveler. His professionalism was truly appreciated. I'll definitely be back to book here.

I had an amazing stay, with location close to shops, restaurants. Nothing too much trouble, I would recommend this place.

Fine stay for a social visit, spacious bedroom and fairly clean bathroom. Comfy beds.

The kitchen in our apartment had all the necessary amenities, making it easy for us to prepare meals during our long stay. The cleanliness of the entire place, along with the daily housekeeping service, added to the comfort of our accommodation. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant addition to start our mornings.

Staff was extremely friendly and excellent at any hour. It was located in an extra comfy area right by many shops, casino and airport and OR international airport, Staying here was a pleasure, we would have stayed for longer, no complaint.

The staff were so friendly, they practically held my hand throughout my stay. The apartments were luxurious, and I was even surprised to find a private entrance and lounge area. a top-notch experience.

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of hidden charges. They really know how to keep you on your toes, especially if you accidentally break something.

Palms in the green court - I felt like I was staying in a tropical oasis, surrounded by lush greenery and swaying palms. It was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Lack of cereal bowls - We couldn't find any cereal bowls in our apartment, and the staff didn't seem willing to assist. Not a deal-breaker, but a small inconvenience.

Friendly and helpful reception. Good heating for chilly weather. Access to World Cup matches. Safe stay with no incidents. Convenient assistance with storing belongings.

Without doubt the location was particularly good and excellent adjacent to shops, restaurants and international airport.

The location was pretty bad.

The self-catering accommodation was so cool, surrounded by a sick green court with palm trees. We were super close to Kempton Park Golf Club and Festival Mall, which made it easy to have a rad time. Plus, they offer tours for guests under 12, which is perfect for our crew.

The only thing we would have asked for is a better party scene at the hotel. We're young and love to have a good time, so it would have been awesome if there were more options for young party-goers.

Wonderful location near airport, fast food and convenience shop and restaurants, everything good. Very amiable staff, always smiling. Spacious room, with kitchenette.
